Section 241.100 - Legal representation of commission.

Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 241.100 (2019)

The district attorney of the county shall be the legal adviser of the commission and shall prosecute all violations of ORS 241.016 to 241.990. However, the board of county commissioners may employ special counsel for that purpose and may also employ special counsel to represent county elective officials in hearings before the commission.
