Section 240.217 - Certain reclassifications prohibited.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 240.217 (2019)
Whenever class specifications for a class of positions in the classified service are changed to reflect revised or added responsibilities that require either the same level or a higher level of competence, such change will not result in a downward reclassification of the class. [1978 c.6 §2]
