Section 223.725 - Issuance and sale of bonds.

Each local government may, by ordinance or resolution of its governing body from time to time, issue and sell pursuant to rebonding applications, bonds of the tenor of those designated in ORS 223.235, in an amount not exceeding the total amount of such applications. [Amended by 1991 c.902 §81; 2003 c.802 §55]
