Section 221.145 - Basing compensation of city officers upon fines prohibited.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 221.145 (2019)
The amount of compensation for city police officers, municipal judges or other city officers shall not be based upon the amount of revenues collected from fines or any set percentage thereof. [1981 c.402 §1; 1999 c.1051 §261]
