Section 209.080 - Compensation.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 209.080 (2019)
The compensation for the county surveyor shall be as determined by the county court or board of county commissioners, and paid out of the county treasury upon order of the county court. [Amended by 1979 c.653 §5; 1981 c.111 §1; 1989 c.394 §8]
