Section 205.990 - Penalties.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 205.990 (2019)
Any officer who violates ORS 205.510 (1) shall be deemed guilty of official misconduct and punished therefor as provided by ORS 162.415. [Amended by 1959 c.552 §15; 1971 c.743 §346]
