Section 201.140 - Hood River County.

Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 201.140 (2019)

The boundary of Hood River County is as follows: Beginning at a point on the boundary of the state opposite the meander corner between sections 3 and 4, township 2 north, range 11 east of the Willamette Meridian; thence running south along the section line between sections 3 and 4 and along such line extended southerly along section lines to a point on the Willamette Base Line at the southeast corner of section 33, township 1 north, range 11 east of the Willamette Meridian; thence westerly along such base line to the northeast corner of township 1 south, range 10 east of the Willamette Meridian; thence south along the township lines to the southeast corner of township 3 south, range 10 east of the Willamette Meridian; thence westerly along the south line of township 3 south, range 10 east and such line extended along the south side of township 3 south, range 9 east of the Willamette Meridian to the summit of the Cascade Range; thence northerly along the summit of the Cascade Range and along the dividing line between the watersheds of Tanner Creek and Eagle Creek to a point due south of the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of section 22, township 2 north, range 7 east of the Willamette Meridian; thence northerly along the east line of section 22 to the boundary of the state; thence easterly along the boundary of the state to the point of beginning.
