Section 184.886 - Transportation design practices.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 184.886 (2019)
The Department of Transportation shall implement transportation design practices that follow the concept of practical design. Practical design standards should incorporate maximum flexibility in application of standards that reduce the cost of project delivery while preserving and enhancing safety and mobility.
