Section 184.648 - Revolving fund.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 184.648 (2019)
The Central Services Division of the Department of Transportation may establish a revolving fund, separate and distinct from the General Fund, not to exceed the aggregate amount of $5,000. Interest earned by the fund shall be credited to the fund. [1983 c.136 §4; 1989 c.966 §7]
