Section 182.035 - Criminal records checks to be conducted through Department of State Police.

Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 182.035 (2019)

(1) If an agency of state government, as defined in ORS 174.111, conducts a criminal records check of a person for the purposes of employment by the agency, the agency shall conduct the criminal records check through the Department of State Police.

(2) A criminal records check conducted through the Law Enforcement Data System meets the requirements of this section. [2019 c.424 §1]
