Section 169.620 - "Regional correctional facility" defined.

Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 169.620 (2019)

As used in ORS 169.610 to 169.677, "regional correctional facility" means a correctional facility operated pursuant to agreement as described in ORS 169.630 and used to house prisoners of the parties to the agreement, such prisoners having either pretrial or post-trial status.
