Section 137.672 - Aggravating factor sentencing rules relating to gender identity of victim.

Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 137.672 (2019)

The Oregon Criminal Justice Commission, in the rules of the commission concerning sentencing departure factors, shall include gender identity as defined in ORS 166.155 as a characteristic of the victim constituting an aggravating factor when the characteristic was the motivation, entirely or in part, for the commission of the crime.
