Section 137.175 - Judgment in criminal action that effects release of defendant; delivery to sheriff.

Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 137.175 (2019)

Whenever a judgment in a criminal action will effect the immediate release of a defendant by discharge, probation, sentence to time served, or otherwise, the court shall cause the prompt delivery of a copy of the judgment to the sheriff no later than three calendar days after the judgment is entered.
