Section 127.002 - Definitions for ORS 127.005 to 127.045.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 127.002 (2019)
For the purposes of ORS 127.005 to 127.045:
(1) "Agent" includes an attorney-in-fact; and
(2) "Financially incapable" has the meaning given that term in ORS 125.005. [2009 c.46 §1]
