Section 125.242 - Exemptions for financial institutions and trust companies.

ORS 125.221 and 125.240 do not apply to a financial institution, as defined in ORS 706.008, a trust company, as defined in ORS 706.008, or the Oregon Public Guardian and Conservator in proceedings under ORS 125.675 to 125.691. [1999 c.774 §5; 2017 c.310 §9]
