Section 98.432 - Uniformity of interpretation.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 98.432 (2019)
This Act shall be so construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact the Uniform Disposition of Unclaimed Property Act. [1957 c.670 §2]
