Section 98.388 - Unclaimed Property Revolving Fund.

There is created from unclaimed property funds an Unclaimed Property Revolving Fund. The moneys in the fund are appropriated continuously to the Department of State Lands for the purpose of repaying claims as provided under ORS 98.396. [1969 c.594 §66; 1983 c.716 §17; 1993 c.694 §16]
