Section 98.384 - Destruction or disposition of unclaimed property.

Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 98.384 (2019)

If the Department of State Lands determines after investigation that any property delivered under ORS 98.352 has insubstantial commercial value, the department may destroy or otherwise dispose of the property at any time. No action or proceeding may be maintained against the state or any officer or against the holder for or on account of any action taken by the department pursuant to this section.
