Section 98.372 - Income accruing after payment or delivery.

The owner is not entitled to receive income or other increments which have accrued on the property after the property is paid or delivered to the Department of State Lands under ORS 98.352. [1957 c.670 §17; 1983 c.716 §13; 1993 c.694 §11]
