Section 87.372 - Recording.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 87.372 (2019)
The recording officer of the county shall record the notices filed under ORS 87.366 in a book kept for that purpose. The record shall be indexed in the same manner as the record of deeds and mortgages. [1975 c.648 §47]
