Section 84.058 - Severability clause.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 84.058 (2019)
If any provision of ORS 84.001 to 84.061 or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions of ORS 84.001 to 84.061 that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of ORS 84.001 to 84.061 are severable. [2001 c.535 §20]
