Section 30.497 - When limitation on liability not applicable.

Nothing in ORS 30.492 shall be construed to limit or otherwise affect the liability of any person for damages resulting from the person’s gross negligence or from the person’s reckless, wanton or intentional misconduct. [1985 c.376 §4]
