Chapter 803 - Vehicle Title and Registration
Section 803.473 - Effect of unpaid registration fees on issuance of duplicate or replacement certificate of title.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 803.473 (2017)
On and after September 29, 1991, the Department of Transportation shall not refuse to renew registration, transfer the certificate of title or issue a duplicate or replacement certificate of title for a camper or travel trailer solely on the grounds that prior to September 29, 1991, the owner of the camper or travel trailer owed unpaid registration fees to the department.
