Section 475B.965 - City, county ordinances regarding medical marijuana.

Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 475B.965 (2017)

If a city or county enacts or has enacted an ordinance prohibiting or allowing marijuana processing sites registered under ORS 475B.840 or medical marijuana dispensaries registered under ORS 475B.858, the governing body of the city or the county may amend the ordinance, without referring the amendment to the electors of the city or county under ORS 475B.968, to prohibit or allow the premises of a licensee, as those terms are defined in ORS 475B.015, that has been designated an exclusively medical licensee under ORS 475B.122, 475B.127, 475B.129 or 475B.131.
