Section 475B.949 - Authority to adopt rules for ORS 475B.785 to 475B.949.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 475B.949 (2017)
(1) The Oregon Health Authority shall adopt rules necessary for the implementation, administration and enforcement of ORS 475B.785 to 475B.949.
(2) The authority may adopt rules as the authority considers necessary to protect the public health and safety. [Formerly 475B.525]
