Section 475B.828 - Marijuana grow site security systems.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 475B.828 (2017)
ORS 475B.895 does not authorize the Oregon Health Authority or the Oregon Liquor Control Commission to require a marijuana grow site to use a security system or any component of a security system, such as video surveillance, an alarm system, sensors or physical barriers. [2017 c.613 §14]
