Section 475B.819 - Delegation of duty to submit production data; rules.

(1) Notwithstanding ORS 475B.816 (2), a person designated to produce marijuana by a registry identification cardholder may delegate the person’s duty to submit to the Oregon Health Authority the information described in ORS 475B.816 to another person designated to produce marijuana by a registry identification cardholder if the marijuana grow sites for which the persons are required to submit the information are located at the same address.

(2) A person to whom the duty described in subsection (1) of this section is delegated must inform the authority of the delegation in a form and manner prescribed by the authority.

(3) In adopting rules prescribing the form and manner in which information is submitted to the authority under ORS 475B.816, the authority shall adopt rules that lessen the administrative burden on persons to whom the duty described in subsection (1) of this section is delegated. [2016 c.23 §20]
