Section 475B.575 - Authority of Oregon Liquor Control Commission to discipline licensees of commission.

Subject to the applicable provisions of ORS chapter 183, if an applicant or licensee violates a provision of ORS 475B.550 to 475B.590 or a rule adopted under a provision of ORS 475B.550 to 475B.590, the Oregon Liquor Control Commission may refuse to issue or renew, or may suspend or revoke, a license issued under ORS 475B.070, 475B.090, 475B.100 or 475B.105.
