Section 475B.514 - Prohibition against refusing to perform duties on basis that certain conduct is prohibited by federal law.

Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 475B.514 (2017)

(1) The Oregon Liquor Control Commission, the State Department of Agriculture and the Oregon Health Authority may not refuse to perform any duty under ORS 475B.010 to 475B.545 on the basis that manufacturing, distributing, dispensing, possessing or using marijuana is prohibited by federal law.

(2) The commission may not revoke or refuse to issue or renew a license, certificate or permit under ORS 475B.010 to 475B.545 on the basis that manufacturing, distributing, dispensing, possessing or using marijuana is prohibited by federal law. [Formerly 475B.355]
