Section 475B.409 - Authority to issue subpoenas.

For purposes of ORS 475B.010 to 475B.545, the provisions of ORS 183.440 apply to subpoenas issued by the Oregon Liquor Control Commission and to subpoenas issued by an authorized agent of the commission. [Formerly 475B.290]
