Section 475B.296 - Marijuana Control and Regulation Fund.

The Marijuana Control and Regulation Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Marijuana Control and Regulation Fund shall be credited to the fund. Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Oregon Liquor Control Commission to administer and enforce ORS 475B.010 to 475B.545, 475B.550 to 475B.590, 475B.600 to 475B.655 and 475B.895.
