Section 475B.276 - Right of employees to organize.

Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 475B.276 (2017)

(1) An employee of a licensee has the right to form, join and participate in the activities of a labor organization of the employee’s own choosing for the purpose of securing representation and collective bargaining for matters concerning employment relations with the licensee.

(2) For purposes of this section, the provisions of ORS chapters 661 to 663 apply to relations between employees of licensees and employers that are licensees in the same manner that those provisions apply to other employment relations. [Formerly 475B.230]
