Section 475B.182 - Authority to prevent diversion of marijuana.

Except as otherwise provided by law, the Oregon Liquor Control Commission has any power, and may perform any function, necessary for the commission to prevent the diversion of marijuana from licensees to a source that is not operating legally under the laws of this state. [2017 c.183 §4]
