Section 475B.173 - Authority to establish merit-based criteria for licensure or renewal of licensure.

In adopting rules related to industry best practices under ORS 475B.070, 475B.090, 475B.100 and 475B.105, the Oregon Liquor Control Commission may establish merit-based criteria for licensure or renewal of licensure, including, but not limited to, possession of a developed business plan, access to sufficient capital, offering living wages and benefits to employees, provision of training and apprenticeship, provision of community benefits, implementation of best environmental practices and implementation of consumer safety practices.
