Section 475B.119 - Requirement to verify person’s age; rules.

The Oregon Liquor Control Commission may adopt rules establishing the circumstances under which the commission may require a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105 to use an age verification scanner or any other equipment used to verify a person’s age for the purpose of ensuring that the marijuana retailer does not sell marijuana items to a person under 21 years of age. Information obtained under this section may not be retained after verifying a person’s age and may not be used for any purpose other than verifying a person’s age. [Formerly 475B.125]
