Section 475B.030 - Authority to purchase, possess, seize, transfer to licensee or dispose of marijuana items.

Subject to any applicable provision of ORS chapter 183, the Oregon Liquor Control Commission may purchase, possess, seize, transfer to a licensee or dispose of marijuana items as is necessary for the commission to ensure compliance with and enforce the provisions of ORS 475B.010 to 475B.545 and any rule adopted under ORS 475B.010 to 475B.545.
