Section 471.351 - Examination of books and premises of licensees.

(1) The Oregon Liquor Control Commission has the right after 72 hours’ notice to the owner or the agent of the owner to make an examination of the books and may at any time make an examination of the premises of any person licensed under this chapter, or to check the alcoholic content of liquors carried by the licensee, for the purpose of determining compliance with this chapter and the rules of the commission.

(2) The commission shall not require the books of any licensee to be maintained on the premises of the licensee. [Formerly 471.330]
