Section 471.318 - Commission authority following lapse, suspension or revocation.

Notwithstanding the lapse, suspension or revocation of a certificate, license, permit or other form of authorization issued under this chapter, the Oregon Liquor Control Commission may:
(1) Proceed with any investigation of, or any action or disciplinary proceeding against, the person who held the certificate, license, permit or other authorization; or
(2) Revise or render void an order suspending or revoking the certificate, license, permit or other authorization. [2017 c.533 §2]
