Chapter 284 - Organizations for Economic Development
Section 284.580 - Role of local governments in implementation of state economic development strategy.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 284.580 (2017)
Local governments, as defined in ORS 174.116, shall participate in the implementation of the state economic development strategy developed under ORS 284.570 by demonstrating a willingness to:
(1) Coordinate local economic development plans with the state economic development strategy; and
(2) Expedite amendments to comprehensive plans and land use regulations. [2003 c.800 §29]
