Section 279B.240 - Exclusion of recycled oils prohibited.

Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 279B.240 (2017)

Every contracting agency shall revise its procedures and specifications for the procurement of lubricating oil and industrial oil to eliminate any exclusion of recycled oils and any requirement that oils be manufactured from virgin materials. [2003 c.794 §78]
