Section 275.250 - Notice to county assessor of sale or resale.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 275.250 (2017)
Upon any sale or resale as provided in ORS 275.110 to 275.220, the governing body of the county shall notify the county assessor thereof. [Amended by 2005 c.243 §18]
