Section 275.160 - Sale return.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 275.160 (2017)
Upon the close of such sale, the sheriff shall make due return to the governing body of the county of the proceedings of the sheriff pursuant to the commands of such order of sale. [Amended by 2005 c.243 §16]
