Section 270.135 - Decision of state agency on proposal for sale of property.

The decision of the state agency on the question of the most advantageous proposal for real property to be sold, shall be final and conclusive, and shall not be subject to review by any court. [1991 c.816 §11; 2009 c.481 §1]
