Section 126.882 - Application and construction of ORS 126.805 to 126.886.

ORS 126.805 to 126.886 shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of ORS 126.805 to 126.886 among states enacting it. [1985 c.665 §24]
