Section 124.035 - Renewal of restraining order.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 124.035 (2017)
For good cause shown, the court may renew an order entered under ORS 124.015 or 124.020, and the court may do so regardless of whether there has been a further act of abuse. [1995 c.666 §9]
