Chapter 101 - Continuing Care Retirement Communities
Section 101.100 - Transfer of registration.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 101.100 (2017)
No provider registration shall be transferred. A registered provider, who wishes to sell or transfer ownership of the continuing care retirement community to another party, shall first obtain approval from the Department of Human Services. [1989 c.693 §14]
