Section 93.140 - Implied covenants.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 93.140 (2017)
No covenant shall be implied in any conveyance of real estate, whether it contains special covenants or not, except as provided by ORS 93.850 to 93.870. [Amended by 1973 c.194 §6]
