Section 87.480 - Attorney’s right and power over actions and judgments.

Attorneys have the same right and power over actions, suits, proceedings, judgments, orders and awards to enforce their liens as their clients have for the amount due thereon to them. [1975 c.648 §66 (enacted in lieu of 87.495); 2003 c.576 §342]
