Section 86.250 - Service charge prohibited where interest required.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 86.250 (2017)
No lender requiring a lender’s security protection provision with respect to which interest is required to be paid by the lender under ORS 86.245 shall impose a service charge in connection with such provision. [1975 c.337 §9]
