Section 72.8140 - Unauthorized or unreasonable use after sale.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 72.8140 (2017)
ORS 72.8010 to 72.8200 do not apply to any defect or nonconformity in a consumer good caused by the unauthorized or unreasonable use of the good after sale. [1973 c.413 §12]
